We accept applicants on a rolling basis. We have limited space (class sizes are capped at 6 students) so don't wait to apply!

Requirements

Students need to be aged 4-8 and be comfortable communicating in English.

You'll also need a reliable internet connection and a computer with video and audio capabilities.

Deposit

Once your child is accepted to bina, we charge an admissions deposit of $500 to secure the place of your child. This fee is required within seven working days. We will refund your deposit when the school contract ends, and all the outstanding fees are paid.

Sibling Discount

We offer discounts for siblings: 10% for the second kiddo and 20% for all other siblings.

Financial Aid

We want quality education to be available to all and we work hard to get the world there. We offer financial aid to families who are financially unable to access our program. Applicants will be asked to state their income and what they can afford to pay for The bina School. Given this information and other factors, we'll evaluate the Financial Aid request. We have limited spots available within our classes, so we recommend you apply as soon as possible to increase the likelihood of support.

Admissions Meeting

Meet a member of our education team via live video to get to know each other better. We will have a fun gamified lesson with your kiddo and a chat with their legal guardian.

Receive Decision

You'll receive feedback on our meeting (with some actionable suggestions how to best support your kiddo right now!) and a decision within a few days after the session.

Onboard

After you have gotten the offer to join bina, we'll start the onboarding process! A member of our education team will ensure that your family is ready for the first day, with all the tools, tech, and resources set up.

Here are a few frequently asked questions about our admissions process.

How soon can my child join bina after enrollment?

We welcome students at eight different times of the year: at the beginning of each quarter, and at the middle of each quarter. Typically, we are able to get students started in their class a few weeks after they have been accepted into the programme.

Can my child attend part-time?

Our curriculum is only offered as a full-time schooling option. Students attend a total of five and a half hours of lessons each day, which includes movement breaks and an hour-long lunch break.

Can I view a bina class in action?

Yes! If you are interested in observing a bina lesson, please get in touch with our Admissions team and we can schedule a time for you to join in.

What happens if my child joins a class in the middle of a term - do they miss out on anything?

If your child joins in at the middle of a quarter, our Master Teachers are prepared to support your child as they make the transition into our programme. Because our class sizes are so small, our teachers are able to meet your child right where they are and go from there.
