Job description

We are looking for a Business Development & Sales intern (m/f/d) - full-time.

Must be part of a mandatory internship.

Your responsibilities:

Help us build a brand, drive awareness, and recruit first users without a marketing budget (we are pre-seed). We want to build credibility with families. We want to inspire teachers to join us. We want to convince businesses they need to offer bina as a company benefit.


  • Actively contribute to our business development efforts- build partner and investor relations 

  • Research target personas (B2B and B2C)

  • Continuously follow lead generation process to reach potential clients in new markets

  • Configure and optimize our B2C / B2B Strategy / Campaigns

  • Research international accreditation and education lobbying  

Your qualifications:

  • Marketing B.A./B.S. or similar relevant working experience

  • Fluent English (and ideally German)

  • Strong drive and motivation to work in a dynamic environment

  • Brownie points for experience in: Customer service, building client relationships and meeting sales goals. 

  • Super brownie points if you have closing and prospecting skills, If you love negotiation and presentations, and mainly, if you care about education.
