Head of Admissions

bina is growing up, and we are looking for a Head of Admissions. Could that be you?
bina is a digital primary education operating system made to provide personalised education for 4-12-year-olds at scale. We are an early-stage startup backed by Silicon Allee in Berlin and are in the last stages of closing our initial funding round, led by Taizo Son at Mistletoe.
We are building bina in two phases:
The bina School operates as a comprehensive, synchronous, international primary school marketed directly to parents and HR departments. It is the cost-effective development of bina products and brand.
bina-as-a-service offers accreditation, teacher training and methodology, licensed globally to public and private educational systems.
Once established, precision education will cross social, economic and geographic barriers.

You are an honest, assertive, systematic person and excited about promoting precision education globally. You will define and lead the company’s enrolment and CRM processes with rigour and empathy. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills and a flair for presentation. You thrive in a fast pace, self-directed entrepreneurial environment.
What success in the role looks like:
You’ve defined and led the company’s enrolment and CRM strategy.
You’ve analysed and understood family needs and voiced them in company-wide strategy meetings.
You’ve worked with the marketing team to develop strategies to grow the number of bina families attending the school.
You’ve crafted delicate and attuned relationships with families and HR departments.
You’ve maintained and expanded a database for prospective students by identifying decision-makers amongst “super parents” and HR leads.
You’ve devised and implemented solutions alongside academic advisors to overcome potential barriers to students’ seamless transitions to The bina School.
As a dream candidate, you bring:
A data-driven and analytical approach to CRM strategy.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral, to allow you to effectively communicate bina’s unique mission.
A clear understanding of marketing and outreach strategies in a variety of media.
A demonstrable commitment to diversity and inclusion.
A mindset which reflects the values, ethics and morals of bina.
