Master Teacher - Full Time (ET/CET)

Are you a classroom hero with a degree in education? Do you love diving headfirst into the roller coaster ride of startup life? Can you easily roll with the punches in the ET time zone?
We're hunting for a tech-savvy, data-loving, feedback-craving educator who can't wait to shape the future of primary education. An expert who listens collaborates and aims to give every kid precisely the education they need.

About you
You are an experienced educator who uses and adopts new technologies quickly. You are excited by the opportunity to build the future of primary education, using data and research to guide your decisions. You are an active listener who thrives when collaborating with various key players, both internal and external to bina. You want to ensure that every child receives precisely the education they need.

About us
bina is a global, mobile, whole primary experience that fits your family everywhere, creating quality educational outcomes (and joy!) at scale.
Imagine a digital primary school where micro-classrooms of seven students from different corners of the world learn together daily with highly qualified teachers. Beyond academics, we focus on SEL and cultural and environmental awareness through biome-theme-based units.
What are we building?
We build a cohesive educational experience by curating and integrating Ed-tech tools, research and content—a sleek, intuitive schooling experience for students, educators and families. The back end is a cross-platform data analysis for deep insights into understanding our students' and educators' development. With it, we offer valuable real-time feedback and hyper-adaptive learning paths. We call it "Precision Education." And we need your help crafting and defining it!

Your Job
• Teaching small classes for up to 5 hours a day, five days per week
• Providing an outstanding educational experience for every student (and their support system).
• Enthusiastically test new Ed-tech tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to students, families and team members.

• Collaborate with other educators to perfect your craft.
• Work within circles of product and company development that best suit your expertise and interests.
• Build processes to make future bina classrooms run more smoothly for students and teachers.
• Analyse and use the feedback from bina students and the content team to develop new teaching strategies continuously.
• Closely collaborate with every other member of the bina team.

• A problem-led, impact and mission-driven company
• Flat hierarchy!
• Transparency is our middle name.
• Learn, grow, and influence company strategy.
• Work remotely (bye-bye commute! hello Bali)
• Seven weeks of R&R and five weeks of training per year.
You offer:
• A post-grad degree in education (bonus points for Primary Ed.)
• 3+ years of teaching experience (online and offline).
• Experience in designing and implementing K-6 curriculum is a plus.
• Can adapt like a chameleon and solve problems like MacGyver.
• Are interested in promoting cultural and environmental awareness
