Master Teacher - Full Time (ET)

Are you a classroom hero with a degree in education? Do you love diving headfirst into the roller coaster ride of startup life? Can you easily roll with the punches in the ET time zone?
We're hunting for a tech-savvy, data-loving, feedback-craving educator who can't wait to shape the future of primary education. An expert who listens collaborates and aims to give every kid precisely the education they need.

About you
You are an experienced educator who uses and adopts new technologies quickly. You are excited by the opportunity to build the future of primary education, using data and research to guide your decisions. You are an active listener who thrives when collaborating with various key players, both internal and external to bina. You want to ensure that every child receives precisely the education they need.

About us
bina is a global, mobile, whole primary experience that fits your family everywhere, creating quality educational outcomes (and joy!) at scale.
Imagine a digital primary school where micro-classrooms of seven students from different corners of the world learn together daily with highly qualified teachers. Beyond academics, we focus on SEL and cultural and environmental awareness through biome-theme-based units.

What are we building?
We build a cohesive educational experience by curating and integrating Ed-tech tools, research and content—a sleek, intuitive schooling experience for students, educators and families. The back end is a cross-platform data analysis for deep insights into understanding our students' and educators' development. With it, we offer valuable real-time feedback and hyper-adaptive learning paths. We call it "Precision Education." And we need your help crafting and defining it!
