Job description

Operations Intern (m/f/d) - full-time. Must be part of a mandatory internship.  English and German Fluency.

Your responsibilities:

Help us make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions. Develop, implement, and review operational policies and procedures. HR and recruiting. Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and ethical conduct.

  • Contribute to budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.

  • Help oversee legal and regulatory documents that are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.

  • Take part in all legal discussions in relation to the company

  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.

  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.

  • Support worker communication with the management team.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field.

  • Interest in HR and process building 

  • Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash-flow management.

  • Ability to build relationships among managers, partners, and employees.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Solid understanding of financial management.

  • Fluent in English and German, brownie points for additional!
