What does bina's Education Psychologist do:

You put bina's values in practice by being an ambassador of the school in helping students, teachers, and families work through learning challenges with comfort and grace. You'll spend the vast majority of your time working directly with our teachers, students and families. Key responsibilities include:

  • Work directly with students (ages 4–12) to understand their learning profiles, challenges, and strengths.
  • Partner closely with families—listening with empathy, offering guidance, and ensuring they feel supported in their child’s learning journey.
  • Collaborate with teachers to support students with learning disabilities, behavioral needs, or emotional challenges.
  • Support the development of ILPs and differentiation strategies that meet learners where they are.
  • Offer guidance on assistive technologies and inclusive teaching practices.
  • Analyze data to assess student progress and improve intervention strategies.
  • Provide training and professional development to teachers on supporting diverse learning needs.
  • Bonus but not required: Conduct psychoeducational assessments when needed and offer practical, actionable insights to teachers and families.

What should you bring to this role?

You have a background in educational psychology (Master’s level preferred) and experience supporting neurodivergent learners or students with emotional or behavioral needs. You know your way around psychoeducational assessments, and you’re passionate about using those insights to design interventions that truly make a difference. You thrive in collaborative spaces, can communicate clearly with both grown-ups and kids, and care deeply about inclusive, equitable education.

You’re tech-comfy and curious, always ready to experiment with new tools and strategies to make learning better. Most of all, you're committed to giving every student the support they need to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially.

You Offer:

  • Advanced degree in Educational Psychology or a closely related field.
  • Deep experience supporting children aged 4–12, with sensitivity to developmental stages.
  • Expertise in diverse learning challenges—neurodivergence, mental health, and emotional/behavioral needs.
  • Strong track record of clear, compassionate communication with families.
  • Fluency in psychoeducational assessments, with the ability to turn findings into real-world strategies.
  • A collaborative spirit and cultural humility—you’re as comfortable talking to a child as to a parent or colleague.
  • Comfort with technology and curiosity for new Ed-tech tools.
  • Full fluency in English (bonus points for additional languages).

What can you expect from us?

  • The monthly compensation for this role is $4200 (USD)
  • Fully remote—work from anywhere (as long as you’re in or near CET/Mountain Timezone)
  • Continuous growth and professional development
  • Impactful work in an international, mission-driven team
