We deliver globally accredited, digitally native primary education that adapts to each child's needs. As we grow our remote-first, globally distributed team, we’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Manager to keep our initiatives on track and deliver impact at scale.

What is bina?
We're creating joy and quality educational outcomes at scale. We offer a fully synchronous digital primary school with micro-classrooms of seven students from different corners of the globe, learning together with top-notch teachers. We go beyond academics, focusing on social-emotional learning and cultural and environmental awareness through biome-themed units. We're curating an intuitive educational experience by integrating Ed-tech tools, research, and content. It's a sleek schooling experience for students, educators, and families.
What does bina's Project Manager do?
As the Project Manager, you’ll coordinate cross-functional projects that drive bina’s growth. You will translate big ideas into clear plans, manage multiple timelines, and keep stakeholders aligned. Your focus is on impact, organisation, and execution —ensuring that every project meets its objectives on time and at a high standard.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
📋 Project Planning & Delivery
- Turn company priorities into defined project scopes, timelines, and milestones
- Manage multiple initiatives at once, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is tracked
- Anticipate risks, troubleshoot issues, and adapt plans as needed
🤝 Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the central point of communication across teams
- Facilitate regular updates, check-ins, and reporting for leadership and project stakeholders
- Ensure accountability and alignment around deliverables
⚙️ Process & Tools
- Implement and maintain project and knowledge management systems (e.g. Asana and Notion)
- Build workflows and templates to increase efficiency wherever necessary
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions
You will be a great fit if you…
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in consulting, project management, operations, or a similar delivery-focused role
- Are highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through skills
- Have been part of a well executed ‘start up to scale up’
- Have experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines with ease
- Communicate clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders
- Enjoy building things from scratch in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new digital tools quickly
- Have curiosity for education and enthusiasm for building something new at scale
