1. 🏫 Program Overview
The bina Partner Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Partners") to earn rewards by referring new families to bina school. The Program operates across three tracks:
- 🏠 Ambassador — Current bina families with an active tuition subscription
- 🤝 Referral Partner — Individuals who recommend bina to their personal or professional networks
- 🌍 Community — Representatives of organized groups, associations, or communities
By submitting the Partner Program application form, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. ✅ Eligibility & Enrollment
- You must submit the Partner Program application form and accept these terms to participate.
- All applications are reviewed manually. Submission does not guarantee acceptance.
- bina reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
- You must provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone number).
- Ambassador track applicants must have an active bina tuition subscription at the time of approval.
3. 🔗 Your Referral Link
- Upon approval, you will receive a unique referral link.
- This link is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with other partners.
- Referral links must point to official bina pages. You may not modify the destination URL or create misleading redirects.
- You may share your referral link on social media, in email, via messaging apps, on your website, or in personal conversations.
4. 📊 How Referrals Are Tracked
- When someone clicks your referral link and later submits a bina enrollment form, the referral is attributed to you.
- Attribution is based on the most recent referral link clicked ("last click wins"). If a family clicks multiple partners' links, only the most recent partner receives credit.
- Referrals are tracked for 365 days from the moment a family submits a form to talk to our team — across all tracks.
- If a family submits an enrollment form without clicking any referral link, no partner receives credit, regardless of any verbal or informal referrals.
- bina is not responsible for tracking failures caused by browser settings, device changes, or the family navigating directly to the website without using your link.
5. 🎁 Rewards
🏠 Ambassador track:
- You earn a $965 tuition credit for each referred family that enrolls and remains active for at least 60 days.
- The credit is applied to your Stripe account balance and automatically deducted from your next tuition invoice.
- Credits are forward-looking only — they apply to future payments, not past ones. No cash refunds are issued.
- If you pay annually, the credit will apply at your next renewal.
- Credits accumulate with no cap — every successful referral earns you a credit, including your 13th, 14th, and beyond.
🤝 Referral Partner and Community tracks:
- You earn $965 in cash for each referred family that enrolls and remains active for at least 60 days.
- Payouts are processed manually. bina will notify you when a payout is due and arrange payment via bank transfer or an agreed payment method.
✨ New family discount (all tracks):
- Families who enroll through a partner referral link receive $483 off their first subscription payment (not applicable to deposits). A little welcome gift from us to them! 🎉
6. ⏳ When Rewards Are Paid
- Rewards are not immediate. A referred family must remain enrolled for a minimum of 60 days after their subscription begins before the reward is processed.
- If the referred family cancels, withdraws, or is removed within the 60-day period, no reward is earned.
- If the referred family cancels after the 60-day period and the reward has already been processed, the reward is not clawed back.
7. 🏠 Ambassador Rewards — No Cap, No Track Switch
Ambassador track partners may earn tuition credits for every successful referral with no cap on the number of referrals. Credits accumulate and are applied to future tuition invoices, including beyond the current school year if needed. Staying an Ambassador means you keep earning tuition credits for every family you bring to bina — no limits, no switches. 🙌
8. 📋 Ambassador Subscription Requirement
To receive tuition credits, you must have an active bina tuition subscription paid via Stripe at the time the reward is processed (60 days after the referred family enrolls). If your subscription is cancelled, paused, or otherwise inactive at the time of reward processing, the reward is forfeited. No cash conversion will be offered in lieu of tuition credits.
9. 🚫 Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Use paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to promote your referral link without prior written approval from bina.
- Misrepresent bina, its programs, pricing, or outcomes in any promotional materials.
- Spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or use automated tools to distribute your referral link.
- Offer additional incentives, kickbacks, or rebates beyond what bina provides through this Program.
- Self-refer (refer yourself or members of your own household for enrollment).
- Create fake or misleading accounts, submissions, or referral activity.
- Use your referral link in any way that could harm bina's reputation or brand.
10. 💸 Tax Obligations
- You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on rewards received through this Program.
- bina does not withhold taxes on partner rewards. If required by law, bina may request tax documentation (such as a W-9) before processing payouts.
- Tuition credits (Ambassador track) may be considered taxable income in your jurisdiction. Consult your tax advisor.
11. 🚪 Termination
- You may leave the Program at any time by notifying bina in writing.
- bina may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
- Upon termination, your referral link will be deactivated. Pending rewards for referrals already in the 60-day waiting period will still be processed if the referred family remains enrolled.
- If terminated for violation of these terms, all pending and future rewards are forfeited.
12. 📝 Modifications
- bina reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, reward amounts, attribution windows, or any aspect of the Program at any time.
- Changes will be communicated via email to active partners. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
- bina's total liability under this Program is limited to the reward amounts described in Section 5.
- bina is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this Program.
- The Program is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
14. 🤜🤛 Relationship
- Partners are independent participants, not employees, contractors, or agents of bina.
- Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
- You may not represent yourself as acting on behalf of bina unless explicitly authorized in writing.
