Content Creator (CET/ET)

Bina is on the lookout for a Content Creator to design captivating, age-appropriate slide decks and visual content that light up classrooms and screens for elementary school learners.

We're shaping new ways to educate Gen A's through pioneering "precision education". bina offers small classes of up to 8 students led by top-tier teachers. Our proprietary tech-based methodology and curriculum emphasise environmental, cultural, and social-emotional learning. At bina, we’ve already had the privilege of serving children from over 30 countries—and we’re just getting started.

What does bina’s Content Creator do?
The core mission? To effectively communicate and promote bina’s "precise, attentive education" values and benefits to prospective families and students worldwide.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate educational materials into visually appealing content to enhance engagement and learning outcomes, using Canva and Genially
2. Work closely with educators and the content team to ensure alignment with standards, incorporate feedback, and make content accessible and adaptable across different learning environments
3. Maintain consistent branding and visual standards, as well as efficient file and folder management for design assets
4. Stay up to date on innovations in AI, EdTech, and gaming to integrate into our design strategy
What should you bring to this role?
You are achievement-focused, ideally healthy competitive, relationship builders and the following experience and skills:
Educational background
• Degree in education, design, or related fields
Professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or content creation
• Proven experience creating educational materials—bonus if it’s for elementary students
• Familiarity with AI design tools like MidJourney
• Experience or interest in gaming is an added bonus
Communication skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent English both written and spoken
Organizational skills
• Proven ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Proficiency in developing and implementing efficient workflows and processes to streamline operations.
Technology skills
• Proficiency in Canva
• Familiarity with Genially or similar tools
