At bina, we’re building a digital-first global primary school that meets families where they are—anywhere in the world. With joyful, interactive micro-classes of seven students and a focus on social-emotional learning, cultural fluency, and environmental awareness, we’re shaking up traditional schooling. What does bina's Education Psychologist do:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and offer practical, actionable insights to teachers and families.

Collaborate with teachers to support students with learning disabilities, behavioral needs, or emotional challenges.

Support the development of IEPs and differentiation strategies that meet learners where they are.

Offer guidance on assistive technologies and inclusive teaching practices.

Work closely with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to create wraparound support.

Analyze data to assess student progress and improve intervention strategies.

Provide training and professional development to teachers on supporting diverse learning needs.

Co-create thoughtful processes to make bina classrooms even more supportive and inclusive.

Join forces with the wider bina team to innovate, iterate, and evolve the future of primary education.

 

What should you bring to this role?

You have a background in educational psychology (Master’s level preferred) and experience supporting neurodivergent learners or students with emotional or behavioral needs. You know your way around psychoeducational assessments, and you’re passionate about using those insights to design interventions that truly make a difference. You thrive in collaborative spaces, can communicate clearly with both grown-ups and kids, and care deeply about inclusive, equitable education.

You’re tech-comfy and curious, always ready to experiment with new tools and strategies to make learning better. Most of all, you're committed to giving every student the support they need to thrive—academically, emotionally, and socially.

You Offer:

• Advanced degree in Educational Psychology or a related field.

Experience working with children aged 4–10 and diverse learner profiles.

Strong understanding of neurodivergence, mental health, and inclusive education practices.

Familiarity with educational assessments and the ability to translate findings into strategies that work in real classrooms.

A collaborative spirit, cultural humility, and a big heart.

A love for tech and an openness to exploring new Ed-tech tools.

Full fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).

 

What can you expect from us?

• The monthly compensation for this role is $4200 (USD)

Fully remote—work from anywhere (as long as you’re in or near Mountain Timezone)

Up to 7 weeks vacation + 5 weeks of training per year
