The Learning Success Specialist will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the supportive environment for students and their families. You will be responsible for providing high-quality communication, planning meaningful events, and managing a variety of organisational tasks. This position requires someone who is empathetic, a great listener, and an excellent communicator, with the ability to creatively solve problems and build strong relationships within the school community.
Serve as a warm and approachable point of contact for families, addressing their questions and concerns in a friendly and supportive manner.
Organise events and workshops for families, ensuring these opportunities foster strong school-family relationships.
Manage a variety of administrative tasks, including tracking student birthdays, organising teacher-student meetings, and ensuring timely distribution of important documents like timetables and password hubs.
Support new families in their transition to the school by onboarding them to our routines, platforms, and tools, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
Help families get involved in their local communities by providing information on clubs, sports, arts, and volunteer opportunities. Additionally, support the organisation of extracurricular clubs within the school.
Work closely with teachers to ensure student success by supporting communication between the school and families, offering resources, and problem-solving any issues that arise.
Curate and send helpful links and resources to families on a regular basis to keep them informed and engaged with their child’s progress.
• Background in education (Bachelor’s degree or higher)
• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal
• Empathy and active listening skills
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, extreme attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology and learning new platforms
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities
• Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with families and colleagues
• Experience with planning events and handling logistics
• First language English, more languages a big plus
• Able to work in ET or CET timezone (or even better, somewhere in between!)
• The monthly compensation for this role is $2500 (USD).
